    Exchange:

    Oh no! You accidentally bought the wrong color, size, or style. No big deal- I’ll send you a return label free of charge. Once you send the original item(s) back I’ll send you the correct item(s) with free shipping! Note that any difference in the cost of the items must be paid by the customer in advance.

    Refund:

    Please note that all refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Broken, damaged, or used items cannot be refunded!!! If for any reason a refund is issued, the customer is subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the price of the item.

    Final Sale:

    Final sale items are not eligible for any of the terms above!
